Adamawa Youth Mobilizer Hon. Abdullahi Abubakar (Young Minister) has congratulated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State over his victory at the Supreme Court. Friday.
Young Minister, in a telephone interview with our reporter, described Fintiri’s triumph at the Apex Court as a well-deserved victory for democracy
The grassroot Youth Mobilizer said that he never doubted the victory of the Adamawa governor at the primary election, as it actually shows that the party followed due process and delegates of the state cast their votes.
While saluting the steadfastness and firm belief of chieftains and members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Adamawa State, Abdullahi Abubakar charged the Governor to embrace all residents of the state irrespective of their political leaning.
He urged people of Adamawa to rally round the governor in his bid to continue the delivery of good governance and efforts to turn the state around for the better, citing example with the recent flag off of construction of Le-lewalji-Lakare- Bole road in Yola Town and other ongoing projects across the state.
He said he strongly believe that the victory of Governor Fintiri will further motivate him to espouse good governance that will enhance the socio-economic development of the State, and urged the Governor to consider himself as leader of all in the state and continue to engender government of inclusiveness.
